| Prices | General questions: free. Paid tasks (phone calls on your behalf, reservations, research, interpretation and other work) are priced individually. The price is quoted in chat before each task begins, based on the type of task and the time required, and nothing is charged until you accept the quote. Indicative prices are published on our homepage. All prices are in Japanese yen and include tax. |
| Other charges | None charged by us. Any fees charged by third parties (restaurant deposits, taxi fares, clinic fees, etc.) are paid by you directly to that party. Your card issuer may apply foreign-currency fees. |

| Cancellation & refunds | Full refund if you cancel before we start, or if we cannot complete the task ("no fix, no fee"). No refund once a task has started (for example once a call has been placed). Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our Terms of Service for the definition of a completed task. |
